In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Delivery Policy

We proudly offer local hand-delivery throughout our service area in Virginia.

Our main delivery areas include: Harrisonburg • Elkton • McGaheysville • Luray • Grottoes • Shenandoah • Waynesboro • Penn Laird • and select surrounding areas.

Same-Day Delivery

Orders for same-day delivery must be placed by 2:00 PM. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will normally be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

Same-day delivery is subject to availability, order volume, product availability, and delivery location.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are based on the delivery location and distance from our shop. We work to keep our delivery fees as affordable as possible. Your delivery fee will be provided when your order is placed.

No One Home / Missed Deliveries

If no one is available when we arrive, we will make every reasonable effort to safely complete the delivery. Depending on the order and location, we may:

• Leave the arrangement in a safe, protected location.

• Leave it with a neighbor, receptionist, or front desk when appropriate.

• Contact the recipient or person who placed the order for instructions.

• Return the order to the shop if it cannot be safely left.

If a second delivery attempt is required, an additional delivery fee may apply.

For hospitals, nursing homes, schools, businesses, funeral homes, and other facilities, deliveries may be left with authorized staff according to the facility's policies.

Please provide an accurate delivery address and recipient phone number when placing your order.

Our delivery areas, cutoff times, and availability are subject to change as our business hours and delivery routes change.

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
